You are solely responsible for all content submitted, including text, images, logos, and mailing lists. By submitting an order, you confirm that your materials:
Do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
Do not contain defamatory, libelous, obscene, or offensive content.
Comply with all applicable laws, including postal regulations and election laws.
Are not sourced from unauthorized or third-party lists.
You agree to indemnify and hold Direct Mail Services harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Intellectual property violations
Defamation or libel
Obscenity or offensive material
Election law or postal regulation breaches
Unauthorized use of mailing lists
Inaccurate or unlawful content
We work hard to print and mail on schedule. But once handed off to USPS, delivery is out of our control.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or errors caused by USPS or any third-party carriers.
Once your mailer is printed and released to USPS, it cannot be changed or refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Direct Mail Services is headquartered.
